Booking Your Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. We’ll work with you to arrange either a morning or afternoon delivery slot, depending on what suits you best.

Delivery Conditions

  • Ground Floor Only: Free delivery is to the ground floor (just inside your front door).
  • Special Arrangements: If delivery involves stairs or difficult access, please contact us directly for a tailored quote at 0402 616684.
  • Unavailable? If you are not home on the scheduled delivery day, a $100 redelivery fee will apply. Alternatively, you can arrange for the courier to leave the product at a safe spot, but please note that we are not responsible for items left unattended.
